Summary

It was a joy to design and deliver three bespoke two-day workshops for around 150 staff at Amnesty International UK. These hands-on workshops empowered teams at Amnesty International UK to think differently about how they communicate, and equipped them with the storytelling techniques they needed to innovate and transform their communications in their day-to-day work.

Creative

The workshops were developed to help the AI UK staff appeal to Britain’s ‘persuadable middle’. We designed the sessions to be very practical, encouraging group work and communication between different departments within Amnesty International UK.

We also helped staff to think creatively and be innovative in their approach, providing them with the tools and methods to boost creative thinking and innovation. Each workshop covered audience segmentation and audience-focused planning, including methods for re-framing a story depending on the audience being targeted. Other topics covered in the sessions included brand positioning, brief writing and how to pitch creative ideas.
