Summary

We had the great pleasure of collaborating with St Barnabas Hospice in 2022, as they celebrated 40 years of outstanding Hospice care. They were looking to refresh and re-evaluate their legacy marketing and wanted something that would stand out from the crowd. They told us they weren’t afraid to ‘think outside the box’, which we loved. And they in turn wanted to work with an agency who understand the complexities and sensitivities that surround legacy giving in a hospice setting. Which we absolutely did.

Creative

As part of our research phase we consulted with and interviewed numerous stakeholders across the organisation. The invaluable data we collected, and the people we got to know, became the beating heart of the legacy programme and marketing campaign we created. This closer look at the day to day lives of the people at St Barnabas Hospice really highlighted the positive, important long term outcomes of legacy giving. Together, we created a five year flexible strategy for legacy acquisition and stewardship, and a staff and volunteer engagement plan with materials. We also created a DM pack including a Gifts in Wills response form, uplift device and a series of scheduled and responsive communications.
