The Work

Princess Alice Hospice’s long-running ‘Light Up a Life’ appeal was losing momentum. Donor engagement was dropping, and they needed a creative refresh that would reconnect with supporters through the winter months.  

Our ‘Moments that mean everything’ appeal was rooted in insight about what makes the Hospice’s care so special: they do everything they can to make meaningful, memorable moments happen for the people they care for. Our campaign delivered on all fronts; the direct mail pack and user-friendly toolkit have given the Hospice a campaign that feels human, heartfelt and true to their work, as well as a creative platform they can rely on for years to come.

The Impact

In 10 weeks, the Moments campaign exceeded its income target by 71%, raising an incredible £128,944.
