Graphic Designer/Artworker

We are looking for a graphic designer/artworker to work on a client report in December 2022 and January 2023.

About us

Catsnake are story specialists for the third sector – we use a combination of storytelling, in depth research, behavioural psychology and rigorous creative systems to produce campaigns, films and strategies for charities and causes, like WWF, the RSPB, Scope, Amnesty, Greenpeace, the National Trust and Unicef.

Our focus is on telling stories that change beliefs and behaviour. We believe deeply in the power of narratives to engage, entertain, and lead to positive change for our communities, our environment and our collective future.

We have a highly collaborative, relaxed culture, driven by laughter and creativity, and fuelled by many, many, cups of tea.

The Role

We’re working with a major UK charity on a lead generation campaign and are looking to collaborate with an experienced graphic designer/artworker to create the final client report. This will be a design layout task, including creating all the spreads, adding imagery, designing graphs and graphics, and working to the client brand guidelines. The final report will need to be created for print and digital use.

The dates for the upcoming project are 21st-22nd December 2022 and 3rd-6th January and it will be up to 6 days’ work within this period.

Outside of this, we’re also looking to build our roster of designers to work on projects like this and others.

The general requirements for this role include:

  • Creating complete document layout with understanding of the contents and the objectives of the project, using the client’s brand guidelines.
  • Produce examples of marketing and digital communications for online and offline marketing (e.g. banners for Print, Display, Twitter, Facebook & Instagram).
  • Sourcing and manipulating stock imagery from charity’s photo database (e.g. cropping, adding text, logos, etc.).
  • Creating icons and graphics, and presenting graphs.

We will provide all text, but you will lead on the graphics & visuals of the document.
